Lil' Kim is preparing for her lil' one in a big way. Born Kimberly Jones, the rapper, 39, is pregnant with a baby girl, due later this year.

Ahead of the child's birth, Kim had one majorly over-the-top baby shower in New York City this weekend. 

The Grammy winner raised eyebrows when she got her fans in on the action, sending out information to her high-priced baby registries. Her assistant Instagrammed a photo with information on where the gifts could be purchased, where they should be sent, and a note to "please make sure they check off your gift from the registry after purchase."

Kim is registered under her birth name at Tiffany & Co., Petit Trésor, Buy Buy Baby, Bel Bambini, and Babies 'R' Us. Her expensive taste can be seen in her lists, which include two $7,899 strollers in different colors, a $500 Tiffany sterling silver baby cup, and a $1,625 hamper and waste basket. 

The star may be in a need of a shopping trip, however, as the large majority of her items still remain unfulfilled on her registries.
