Cody Simpson Celebrates 18th Birthday With Gigi Hadid, Miley Cyrus
Officially legal! Cody Simpson celebrated his 18th birthday with a young-Hollywood filled party in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday, Jan. 11. Famous pals including girlfriend Gigi Hadid, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, Jaden Smith, and his sister Alli Simpson were in attendance.
Keeping it casual for the house party, the birthday boy donned a backwards hat and black T-shirt, while his model girlfriend, 19, opted for a black crop top and green tribal-print coat. “Birthday boy got thrown in the pool,” the Sports Illustrated model captioned an Instagram with her beau, who was soaking wet.

Before getting tossed in the pool, the breakout singer was feted with a pizza-themed cake, presented by pizza megafan Cyrus herself.
Prior to his actual birthday, the Australian singer kicked off the celebration on Saturday, Jan. 10, with a smaller bash at the Nice Guy in Los Angeles with his lady love Gigi and fellow pals like Selena Gomez. Gomez and Bieber, however, managed to avoid one another: Gomez skipped the Sunday shindig.
“Happiest of birthdays to bubba and such an incredible person,” Gomez shared on Instagram while posing with Simpson. “Love you inside out @codysimpson – here’s to more”
“I had an awesome 18th party at a beach house in Malibu, with some of my mates from Australia and some new friends from the states. Things got pretty wild,” Simpson tells Us Weekly of the smaller, more intimate bash at the beach pad.
